• Sessions take place via telehealth on a secure client portal. You’ll receive all paperwork electronically and receive portal access which will generate unique, confidential appointment links for your sessions.

• Session rates are $150 for out of pocket clients. Insurances accepted include: Anthem, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare/Optum, and MHN.

• I have evening and late evening appointments to support those with busy work and family schedules.
